Meet Emma

I've been a licensed real estate professional for nearly five years, serving the greater Spokane area. Prior to joining this industry, I worked for several years as a Marketing Manager in Seattle, WA, where I was responsible for developing and executing large-scale marketing strategies, overseeing brand growth, and fostering key business partnerships. That foundation in business development, branding, and consumer engagement directly influences the way I serve my real estate clients today—with strategy, intention, and professionalism.

My approach to client service is centered on integrity, transparency, and a deep sense of responsibility. I take the time to truly understand each client’s goals and concerns—whether they’re first-time buyers, seasoned investors, or homeowners preparing to sell. I offer honest guidance, clear expectations, and consistent communication throughout the process. My goal is to empower every client to feel confident and informed while navigating what is often one of the most significant financial and emotional decisions of their lives.

What sets me apart in the Spokane market is my full-service approach, rooted in thoughtful consultation and high-impact marketing. For sellers, I craft a customized and comprehensive marketing plan that goes beyond standard listings. This includes professional photography, video, drone content, social media promotion, retargeting campaigns, and print strategies—all designed for maxium exposure to the property. For buyers, I focus on understanding their wants and needs as well as educating them about the process so they feel supported and prepared every step of the way.

I specialize in homes across the South Hill, Liberty Lake, Audubon-Downriver, Mead, Spokane Valley, Browne’s Addition and the greater Spokane County with a focus on luxury homes, lake properties, condos, new construction and everything in between. I'm proud to have earned the President’s Gold Award for Sales (2024) and the President’s Award in both 2023 and 2022. These recognitions reflect my commitment for going above and beyond—not just in the results I deliver, but in the care and patience I offer along the way.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors paddleboarding, golfing, and hiking with my rescue dog, Rooney. I’m passionate about animal welfare, and I offer support to a local dog rescue nonprofit, as well as volunteer with 2nd Harvest and Habitat for Humanity. Travel is also a big part of my life—I’ve visited over 20 countries and always look forward to discovering new places and cultures.

At the core of everything I do is the desire to make a meaningful difference—by guiding people through real estate decisions with skill, purpose, and heart.

Spokane

Spokane is capital of the Inland Northwest, home to the Gonzaga Bulldogs, the second largest city in Washington State and a great place to call home. What once was a fur trading and mining post and then a railroad hub has grown into a city with a flourishing arts and cultural scene and an economy built around services more than natural resources. We truly are a modern city with deep ties to our history. In fact, 18 of Spokane’s neighborhoods are on the National Register of Historical Districts. Most of the downtown commercial district’s buildings were destroyed in the Great Fire of 1889. This led to a rebuilding boom in the years that followed. The architecture for many of the new buildings was Romanesque Revival, and much of downtown reflects that style today.
